Cancellation Policy
your time is sacred we deeply value your presence and the space we create together. when you book a session, that time is thoughtfully reserved just for you. if you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for notice by 5 PM the day before. this allows us to offer the time to another guest in need of care. cancellations after this window may be subject to a 50% charge, unless we’re able to fill your appointment. no-shows will be charged the full service amount. if we’re able to fill the time, no charges will apply. late arrival may shorten your hands-on time, though full payment is still required. in the case of emergencies, flexibility is offered at your therapist’s discretion. your mindfulness means alot
